Our take

The real reason to pay ₹0.12L more for the Syros EV X-Line: level 2 (core suite) ADAS, 360° camera and blind spot monitor. The useful extras on top: touchscreen (12.3" against 8") and vehicle-to-load (V2L). The rest of the additions are minor trim. At that price, we would stretch.

  • Only the Mahindra Scorpio-N seats 7, worth knowing if you need the space
  • The Syros EV is electric, so it will be the cheapest of these to run
  • Also on the Syros EV X-Line: all-wheel disc brakes, JBL system with Dolby Atmos, tri-screen cabin layout and sunroof (Panoramic against Single-pane), and some minor trim beyond that
  • Going to the Syros EV X-Line, you give up hill descent control, dual-zone climate control and powered driver seat (6-way against 4-way), which the Scorpio-N Z8T keeps
Choose the Mahindra Scorpio-N Z8T if
You would rather keep the ₹0.12L than pay for kit you will not miss
Choose the Kia Syros EV X-Line if
You live on your phone in the car and want the screens to keep up
