Our take

The real reason to pay ₹0.56L more for the Tekton Tekna+: level 2 (full suite) ADAS, 360° camera and blind spot monitor. The useful extras on top: 6-way powered driver seat and drive modes. The rest of the additions are minor trim. At that price, we would stretch.

  • Only the Hyundai Alcazar seats 7, worth knowing if you need the space
  • The Tekton swallows the most luggage at 518 litres
  • Also on the Tekton Tekna+: tyre pressure monitor, ventilated front seats, front parking sensors and driver display (10.25" digital against Semi-digital), and some minor trim beyond that
  • Going to the Tekton Tekna+, you give up touchscreen (10.25" against 10.1"), third-row AC vents and wireless phone charger, which the Alcazar Prestige keeps
Choose the Hyundai Alcazar Prestige if
You would rather keep the ₹0.56L than pay for kit you will not miss
Choose the Nissan Tekton Tekna+ if
You will do long stints in this car and want the daily comforts
