Our take

The real reason to pay ₹0.59L more for the Duster Iconic: level 2 (full suite) ADAS, blind spot monitor and panoramic sunroof. The useful extras on top: dual-zone climate control and front parking sensors. The rest of the additions are minor trim. At that price, we would stretch.

  • The Windsor EV is electric, so it will be the cheapest of these to run
  • Also on the Duster Iconic: ventilated front seats, headlamps (Bi-LED projector against LED projector), wired CarPlay / Android Auto and driver display (10.25" digital against 7" digital), and some minor trim beyond that
  • Going to the Duster Iconic, you give up all-wheel disc brakes, tyre pressure monitor and SOS emergency call (E-call / B-call), which the Windsor EV Exclusive Pro keeps
Choose the MG Windsor EV Exclusive Pro if
You would rather keep the ₹0.59L than pay for kit you will not miss, and the EV running costs seal it
Choose the Renault Duster Iconic if
Safety kit matters more to you than keeping the money
